Shaye invited me to be a judge at a talent show that was put on at the school she has been volunteering at since we've been in Ghana. There were two other judges and myself. The school is is Tema, which is about thirty minutes from Accra. These young people were so beautiful and talented and made me so proud of them. Afterwards, Shaye's boyfriend, Obed, invited us back to his house and I finally got to taste Light Soup. It was delicious. As I sat in the school yard listening to these young people perform, I felt I could actually live in Ghana. It is something very soothing about living here and everyone that I talk to my group is starting to get really sad at the thought of actually leaving.
